Butterfield Holdings LLC operates PermitHaul and is responsible for the account information described here.

What we collect

We collect account email addresses, subscription status, saved lead preferences, referral and campaign parameters, product interactions, and basic service diagnostics. Payments are processed by Stripe; PermitHaul does not store full card details.

Analytics

We use first-party analytics and may use Heap to understand visits, navigation, button clicks, form activity, and product usage. These tools may use cookies or browser storage to associate activity across pages and sessions. We use this information to measure acquisition funnels and improve PermitHaul; we do not sell it.

Permit information

Construction permit records displayed by PermitHaul come from public government sources. We organize and score those records but do not claim ownership of the underlying public data.

How information is used

We use account data to deliver the service, send requested lead alerts, measure marketing performance, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell customer account information.

Retention and requests

We retain account information while a subscription is active and as reasonably required for legal and operational purposes. Requests may be sent to privacy@permithaul.com.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
