PermitHaul is a software product operated by Butterfield Holdings LLC.

Service

PermitHaul provides software that organizes public construction permit information and generates opportunity scores. Scores, container suggestions, and timing estimates are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Subscriptions and previews

Paid access renews monthly or annually according to the plan selected at checkout unless canceled before renewal. Canceling stops future renewal and does not end access already paid for. Except where required by law, completed subscription periods are non-refundable. Promotional previews are time-limited, require no payment card, and may be limited to one per customer.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for verifying permit details, complying with all sales, privacy, licensing, and communication laws, and deciding whether to contact any business or individual. PermitHaul does not guarantee jobs, responses, revenue, or exclusivity.

Acceptable use

You may not resell bulk data, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or use the service for unlawful harassment or discriminatory targeting.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid PermitHaul during the prior twelve months.
